Event Sponsorship Levels

Sponsorship contributions help to support the vision of She’s Geeky overall and contribute to covering direct event expenses which helps us hold the registration fee to a minimum keeping it affordable to as many women as possible.

Community Sponsorship $300 – $900

This sponsorship level was created for individuals,  small companies and firms who wish to Sponsor She’s Geeky at a level that is affordable to them.

• Your Personal Brand or Company Logo will be listed as an event sponsor on our Event Announcement pages.
• We will print out a logo you send to us and display it on the Sponsor Wall at the event.
• You will receive one complimentary ticket to each of day of the event for women at your company to attend.

Corporate Sponsorship $1000 and up

This sponsorship level is for larger companies and offers the opportunity to sponsor specific parts of the event such as Breakfast and Break Food, Luch or the Coffee Cart.

• Your Company Logo with URL link will be listed as an event sponsor on our Event Announcement pages.
• We will print out a logo you send to us to displayon the Sponsor Wall  at the event.
• You will receive two or more (depending on your level of sponsorship) complimentary tickets to each of day of the event for women at your company to attend.

National Sponsorship Opportunities

We are currently seeking National Sponsors to support the expansion of She’s Geeky. Our recent She’s Geeky Washington, DC event on November 13 & 14, 2009 was sold out.  And, over 300 women, including daughters and high school girls, attended the third Bay Area event January 29–31, 2010.  Additionally in 2010, depending on seed funding and National Event Sponsorship support received, we will host up to 5 more events.  We have unsolicited requests and solid local interest for 2010 events in Toronto, Los Angeles, NYC, The Twin Cities and a second event in Washington DC. Our goal is to reach 8 new cities in 2010- 2011 as well as return to cities we’ve already held events in holding up to 10 events in 2011.

National sponsorships will make it possible to bring She’s Geeky to more cities in the US and Canada. They as well help us to include women of all ages who self-identify as geeks and to make our event affordable through helping to cover venue and the administrative costs of supporting multiple events. It makes possible an affordable ticket price for everyone and further reduced registration for girls in high school, low-income women in technology, elders on fixed income and those who find themselves unemployed in these tough economic times – keeping attendance accessible and diverse.
